isvisible - Determine if IDE is running on desktop and window is open

Syntax

isvisible(vd)

Description

isvisible(vd) determines whether the VisualDSP++ IDE is running on the desktop and the window is open. isvisible returns either 1 indicating that the IDE is running and the window is open, or 0 indicating that either the IDE is running in the background or is not running.
