Programing my arduino to perform fuzzy problems

I have a project which I have simulated using the fuzzy logic toolbox in MATLAB. Now I have to build a prototype using arduino. So I would like to know if its there any fuzzy system built in arduino, or I have to connect it to my matlab. If i have to connect to my matlab, how am i suppose to do it ??....it is a simple 2 input, 1 output fuzzy. Thanks.
