How to add a new pattern adapted orthogonal wavelet for cwt?

I had a pattern defined by a vector P. I created the pattern adapted wavelet (Orthogonal wavelet option) and saved it as NewWavelet.m . The NewWavelet.m contains two vectors X and Y. Both X and Y have the same length, while if X gives a line from 0 to 1.0 and the Y gives a curve similar to my adapted wavelet. I want to add this wavelet MATLAB to do cwt analysis. I followed the procedure described in the HELP about wavemngr, but none of the examples were exactly the one I was looking for. I'm not sure about the type of the wavelet I have and if I need to create other functions when defining it to cmt by wavemngr. I would appreciate any help on how to add this wavelet.
