Introduction
Embedded IDE Link™ CC connects MATLAB® and Simulink® with the Code Composer Studio™ embedded software development environment from Texas Instruments (TI). Embedded IDE Link CC software lets you debug and verify embedded code running on TI DSPs using MATLAB scripts and Simulink models. You can use a test bench created in MATLAB and Simulink as a test harness to verify both hand-written and automatically generated embedded code.
You can use Embedded IDE Link CC with Real-Time Workshop® to generate complete Code Composer Studio projects, including application C code and linker command files, from Simulink models. You can rapidly prototype your designs and perform processor-in-the-loop (PIL) simulations on all TI DSPs supported by Code Composer Studio, such as the C2000™, C55x™, and C6000™ families of DSPs.
